My friend purchased me a specific experience but when I went to schedule it, I was told. That experience was not going to run for six months. I gave the customer service representative a date and asked what was available for that date, and he quickly provided me a list of alternative experiences available for that date. I chose one and it was booked almost immediately. Great customer service and fun tour!

The staff at Phillip Carter was very informative and gracious during our tour. All we had to do was mention we were there due to a Cloud Nine gift from our son and away we went.

Capitol Hill Food Tour

We were originally signed up for the Capitol Hill food tour but it was cancelled due an emergency with the tour guide. We moved to the Old town Alexandria tour and enjoyed our time. Personally, I think the history and walking tour portion was better than the food selected.
