How do your Gift Certificates work?

Your recipient will be able to apply their gift certificate towards any of our 2,000+ experiences. Should their chosen experience be of less value than their gift certificate, they will have a remaining unredeemed balance which can be applied towards another experience booking. If their chosen experience is of greater value, they will simply need to pay the difference in price.

What is your return policy?

Worried they might not like it? Don’t be. We have made our return policy as easy as possible for you and your recipient. Our Standard Return Policy states that all purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase, free of charge.

What are my delivery options?

Our Gift Certificates are delivered via email. We can email the certificate directly to your recipient or to you. You will also be able to print the certificate after checkout. Furthermore, you will be able to select the date which your email certificate is sent to your recipient.

Can I purchase a custom gift certificate amount (ie: $79, $143, etc)?
