When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Daily - 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must be at least 14 years old
  • Participants cannot exceed 300 lbs
  • All student must bring a valid passport or driver's license
  • No experience necessary
Duration
This experience lasts approximately 75 minutes. You will spend about 30 minutes of ground training and 45 minutes of flight time. Time in the aircraft is calculated from the time the engine starts to when it stops.

Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience. Spectators
This experience is for booked participants only.
Weather Dependent
This experience is weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, you will reschedule with your pilot. The rescheduled date must be within 6 months of the originally booked date.
What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions; no open-toed shoes are permitted.

What do I need to bring?
Please bring a valid government-issued ID with you on the day of your flight.
What if my flight is cancelled due to weather?

In the event your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule directly with your pilot. Always contact the experience provider the day of your experience with any questions regarding weather conditions.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed up to 5 days prior to the experience for a date within 6 months of your originally booked date. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 5 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
