When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Year-Round:
Daily - 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Essential Information
  • Maximum weight limit for the student is 300 lbs
  • Student is required to present a valid passport or driver's license
  • No experience necessary
Duration
Approximately 45 minutes of flight time and 30 minutes of ground training. Time in the aircraft is calculated from the time the engine starts to when it stops.

This experience is for 1 student.
Weather Dependent
This experience is weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, you will reschedule with your pilot. The rescheduled date must be within 6 months of the originally booked date.
What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions; no open-toed shoes are permitted.

Are there any height or weight restrictions?

The maximum combined weight of the student cannot exceed 300 pounds. There are no height restrictions for this Learn to Fly experience.

Do I need experience?
Experience is not necessary! This flight is considered an introductory flight and is meant to be fun and exciting for everyone!
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a valid government-issued ID with you on the day of your flight.
What if my flight is cancelled due to weather?
In the event your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule directly with your pilot. Always contact the experience provider the day of your experience with any questions regarding weather conditions.
Can I bring a passenger?
Yes, the student may bring along 1 passenger. Please note the combined weight of the student and passenger cannot exceed 500 pounds.
Is there an age restriction for this experience?

Participants must be at least 14 years of age to attend this experience. 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation no cancellations are allowed however, rescheduling is allowed at least 5 days prior to your scheduled experience and you must reschedule for a date within 6 months of your originally booked date. Failure to appear on your booked date, reschedule with at least 5 days' notice, or reschedule within 1 year of your original date, will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
