When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Monday through Friday - 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Essential Information
- No experience necessary
- No minimum age to participate
- Minimum height – 5’1”; Maximum height – 6’5”
- Maximum weight is 240 lbs per person
- Maximum combined participant weight, if electing to fly in each other's lessons, is 360 lbs (can still not exceed 240 lbs per person)
- You’ll spend 30 minutes per person in the airplane and one hour on the ground total for ground school
- If 2 people are participating, flights will occur one at a time, back-to-back
- Flight time is calculated from the engine startup to the engine shutdown
- Headsets are included for no extra charge
- Pilot surcharge (gratuity) is not included, but is highly appreciated and encouraged upon flight completion
Duration
1 hour of ground instruction and 30 minutes of flight time (per person). The airplane time is calculated from engine startup to engine shutdown. For one person, plan on being at the airport for 1 hour and 30 minutes, for 2 people please plan for 2 hours at the airport

Maximum Participants
1 or 2 participants per lesson, depending on the option selected. Only one person is allowed in the aircraft at a time unless the combined weight of both participants is no more than 380 lbs.
Spectators
Friends and family are welcome to watch from the parking area outside the security gate.
Weather Dependent
This experience may be canceled or rescheduled if weather meets less than minimum requirements as per FAA guidelines and/or there are conditions that do not ensure customer safety and comfort. Please contact your experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.
What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Closed-toe shoes are required, and sunglasses are recommended.

Maximum weight is 240 lbs per person. If the "For Two" option is selected, combined weight for the 2 students must not exceed 380 lbs should the students choose to ride in each other's flight lessons. If the students' combined weight exceeds 380 lbs, they will fly one at a time, while the other observes from the ground.
There are no age restrictions, however participants must be at least 5’1”.
Students are not allowed to bring a passenger along for this lesson. This is a real flight lesson, and you can log your time towards your pilot's license.
Unfortunately, this experience is not handicap accessible.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours notice to your experience provider, by email only. There will be a $100 cancellation charge for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice to the experience provider. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
