Experience the thrill of flying an airplane as you take the controls during an exciting introductory flight lesson!

When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Year-Round:
Daily - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

Essential Information
  • Participants must be at least 16 years old and at least 4 feet tall
  • Individual participants must not exceed 300 pounds 
  • Combined weight of the student and passenger cannot exceed 400 pounds
  • All participants and guests will be required to sign a liability waiver
  • Valid government-issued picture ID is required to fly
Duration
1-hour lesson with approximately 30 minutes of flight time. Flight time is calculated from engine start to engine stop.

Maximum Participants
The plane can hold 1 student and 1 passenger, however, the total weight of both the student and the passenger cannot exceed 600 pounds.
Spectators
Friends and family are welcome to watch take-off and landing from within the terminal building

This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.
What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Closed-toe shoes are required and sunglasses are highly recommended.

Are there any weight restrictions?

Individual participants must be under 300 pounds. 

Are there age restrictions?

Yes, students must be at least 16 years old and at least 4 ft tall to participate.

Can I bring a passenger?
Yes, students are allowed to bring 1 passenger along for the ride!
What if my flight is cancelled due to weather?
This experience is weather dependent. In the event your flight is canceled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule directly with the experience provider. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, you may reschedule your experience up to 72 hours prior to the date booked. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather or maintenance issues, you may reschedule directly with your experience provider.
