When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
- All students and passengers must have a valid form of identification such as a passport or driver's license
- The combined weight of the student and passenger (if option selected) must not exceed 550 lbs
- Participants must be able to fit comfortably in a standard car seat belt

Duration
Depending on flight selected, you can plan on being at the airport for approximately 1.5-2.5 hours.

Maximum Participants
This experience can have up to 1 student and 1 passenger. Weight restrictions apply.
Spectators
Spectators are welcome to observe takeoff and landing from the airport.
Weather Dependent
This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions. In the event of a cancelled flight lesson due to weather, you will reschedule directly with your pilot.
What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions. No open toed shoes are permitted.
What do I need to bring with me to the airport?
Is there an age limit?
Please bring a valid form of identification such as a Driver's License or Passport to your flight lesson.
What type of plane is used?
This flying experience takes place in one of the most used training aircrafts in the world, the Cessna. Depending on the option selected, you will be in a Cessna 162 (1 student) or a Cessna 172 (1 student + 1 passenger).
Is previous flight experience necessary?
No! This introductory flight is designed for first-time flyers.
Is there a weight limit?
If electing to fly with a passenger, the combined total weight of the student and the passenger cannot exceed 550 lbs.
It is recommended that participants be at least 10 years old.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed with at least a 72 hour notice to your experience provider. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours' prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.
