Guide was great, but it should be noted that limited parking is available. Why not meet at a parking garage. Also ticket said 4 to 5 stops...we did three. Since most of these are probally gifts it should be noted that it's a walking tour.

Very fun afternoon! Robert was terrific tour guide, made us all feel very comfortable with each other, the walking, in restaurants. Even though I once lived in DC and daughter goes to school there now I learned a lot about history of Georgetown -- very fun. Food on tour excellent choices.

Potomac River Cruise to Mt. Vernon

We had a great time on the river cruise and tour of Mt. Vernon. The cruise was very pleasant with a nice guided tour of the landmarks along the river. The grounds of Mt. Vernon are beautiful. We highly recommend the exhibit on slavery ("Lives Bound Together").
The experience itself was extremely well-run. Everything was on time and it was nice to not have to worry about planning the tours ourselves.
