So easy to book and so much fun
Personal Chef for an Evening Weekend Adventure Feb 27, 2024 By: Melissa K
Chef Kahlil was amazing. We hosted a dinner for our parents' 50th anniversary and we could not have been more pleased. Chef accommodated our requests for additional desserts to help create a modern version of our parents' wedding menu and even was able to adjust his arrival time after a mix-up with booking times. Communication was speedy and clear. The food was delicious. Even my foodie husband raved about it and he is incredibly difficult to please. It was a pleasure to be able to enjoy hosting and not spend the entire evening in the kitchen. I would certainly hire Chef Kahlil for another event and you should too!

Dinner & Show Riverboat Cruise Weekend Adventure Feb 26, 2024 By: ANNE L
We arrived around 5:20pm. Started boarding about 15 minutes later. No issues with the seating. Got our picture taken before boarding. THEY DEPART AT EXACTLY 6PM (if going on the 6pm dinner cruise). I was disgusted at how patrons were laughing at those who arrived late and watched us leave. No compassion in this world. So I repeat ARRIVE EARLY!!!! Other than that, wonderful view of the waterway. Did not like the mooner on one of the properties. One passenger was already drinking and belligerent before the ride even began. The boat was packed but not uncomfortable. Monica was the captain who gave us a brief history of Ft Lauderdale and shared information about the homes and their owners along with the yachts. She was very chipper and kept the passengers laughing. We arrived on the “island” which is not at all an island but a piece of land still on Florida and my friend and I had to look for a table for two (there isn’t one) so we occupied a table for six. The food was okay. It wasn’t “AYCA” because we had to wait for the servers. Serving over 300 people takes time. I had the chicken fingers which were kind of dry. The ribs were fall off the bone which I absolutely loved. They no longer serve shrimp. Was disappointed because their site advertises it and I was craving it. The cornbread was to die for and I wish I had bright a ziploc bag to take some extra. The fries were hot and crispy. The corn was okay and we were only served a water pitcher. Sodas, coffee and tea were extra. We walked around the “island” and saw a few animals in cages and the alligator pit. The night grew much colder so we sat for the comedy show. The first act was wonderful and I commend the performer for keeping it family friendly. The second act (performer), man who looked similar to Jay Leno, was just not it. His act consisted of making jokes about one of the participants because she lived in a specific city and she didn’t work. You could see she was trying to laugh away the humiliation. My friend and I felt so uncomfortable with that so we got up and walked around the “island” again. I especially loved the Sun Conures and the Owl. We decided to head back to the boat and the ride back was quiet compared to the ride to the “island”. The guy who took the picture was handing out the pictures he took but we never got to see ours and it was way too cold for me to find him after disembarking so we didn’t get to see it. You pay for parking ON THE BOAT. It’s $13. Otherwise the parking garage WILL charge you $26 instead. AGAIN: PAY ON THE BOAT! The exiting portion was a bit chaotic but it’s not their fault. People just have no patience. All in all I enjoyed it. My friend and I live 15 minutes away but we had never done this before.
Georgetown Food Tour Weekend Adventure Feb 26, 2024 By: Joannie C
We had a fantastic outing with Robert! He was very engaging and kept us entertained with snippets of Georgetown history between the food stops. We greatly enjoyed the culinary spectrum of Italian, Spanish, and Mexican restaurants. The food was delicious and plentiful and we were quite full by the end, which wrapped up with macarons. Each restaurant was ready for us with reserved seating and service was efficient, with food arriving shortly after we were seated. Drinks were not included but could be ordered and paid for separately. We would definitely recommend and would also do on other tours offered by this company.
