Hi there Mohini and Mihiri, I want to take a moment to thank you for providing your honest feedback on the experience! We truly value getting to know how the experience went for each individual, and what your take-aways were.  I'm incredibly sorry for any disappointments that were experienced on your special adventure. At Cloud 9 Living, we pride ourselves on getting folks out on awesome experiences, and I'm sorry that you feel this was not the case for your flight.  In light of your feedback, I went ahead and gave our partners at the flight school a call to ensure that we are setting proper expectations and truly capturing all aspects of this experience. Together, we were able to fill in some gaps stemming from your feedback and the day of your flight  At this particular flight school, our partners do not offer scenic flights or tours. All flights are structured to be more like lessons in that the students get the opportunity to fly an aircraft with the assistance of a Certified Flight Instructor. They do their very best to ensure that anyone who wants to experience a day in the life of aviation has a safe, fun time doing so within the limits of an introductory-styled lesson.  That said, becoming a pilot takes rigorous hours of studying, exams, and logged flight hours, so the introductory lesson is more aimed to be an introduction to the world of aviation, rather than being thrust into a flight without proper instruction. Regardless of this, I apologize if the lesson felt more like observation. The Certified Flight Instructors (CFI) will do their best to let students have as much control of the aircraft within a safe limit, as this is many student's first time handling an aircraft.  With many factors that can affect a flight's safety, the CFI will take all of these factors into account and determine what level of control the student may take of the airplane. Weather, air quality, visibility, wind direction, passenger load, aircraft model and even the flight route can impact the flight's safety, so the CFI may take the controls at any point if they feel that the safety could be jeopardized. This is standard for all introductory flights due to regulations set by the FAA.  After connecting with our partners on your flight logs, we here at Cloud 9 Living were thrilled to learn that both of you were able to take a turn in the student role and handle the aircraft during the flights, Mohini on the flight there, and Mihiri on the flight back from Lake Geneva. We love that you both got a go at the flying portion!  I know that the instruction may have felt like a bit more hand-holding than anticipated, and I apologize if it was not what you had anticipated. Our partners are unfortunately limited by many factors, rules, and regulations, but aim to always provide a fun flight nonetheless. Everything said, I'm very sorry if your expectations were not fulfilled as you had hoped.  I do hope that despite this, you both were able to have an amazing time together and take in the great views, as well as enjoy Lake Geneva!  Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions - We are here to help!  Best, Sophia
