I wasn't comfortable in talking directly with the airboat people to reschedule, but it worked out fine. On the phone (I was changing the date) they didn't seem to know what experience was paid for, and there was some confusion when I arrived. Minor issues, and the experience was great.

My boyfriend and I had bought this excursion for my dad for a Christmas present and we loved it. The day we went wasn't very warm so we weren't sure if we would see any Alligators but we did see 2 and one had little babies. Our tour instructor was very nice and laid back. He gave us very good information on our surroundings but didn't do overkill! We enjoyed him a lot! He also hold the world record for number of cat fished skinned in under 3 mins.
I would recommend this trip for anyone that enjoys the outdoors, boats and wildlife.

Cloud 9 was given to me as a gift. We took a while to use it because of how we work. I was so surprised how nice everyone on the phone was and how they booked my retreat very fast and with great service. When we got to our boat ride we were able to get right on the boat. 15 min wait time.That was great. Our boat captain was very nice and showed us a lot. I will recommend Cloud 9 as a gift to my friends. Will purchase again for myself too.

It was scheduled for 45 minutes, it lasted 10 min less. It stsarted 10 min later than booked. The airport driver could of provided more. Information about wildlife as he was knowledgable, just had to drag the info out.
The vendor was more about selling additional items - photos, etc.. Than the actual experience.
