The crew (Andrew and Chad) were very open and accommodating. It happened to be a beautiful evening (sometimes unusual for SF). We had a wonderful time.

From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience. The crew were so friendly and approachable and really went out of their way to check in with everyone and make sure that everyone was enjoying the experience. They were happy to take pictures, to keep your drinks replenished and even gave us a chance to be at the helm for some of the journey. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family that might be visiting San Francisco in the future.

We had an incredible time for my husband's birthday! Beautiful view, great service, perfect snacks and drinks available! It was a nice evening, but even so, it was VERY cold on the water. Luckily they provided large jackets for anyone that needed one, but come prepared. Great value and the perfect amount of time on the water.
