Marvin was our tour guide. He was great gave us a fabulous history listen brothers to some awesomely delicious restaurants and dim sum spots. I highly recommend the food tour.
The minus one star had nothing to do with him or the tour it has everything to do with the tour guide behind us who pushed his group through.

Our tour guide Marvin was excellent!!! He has so much knowledge about the area and the history - we fully enjoyed our experience and highly recommend it to others! It's a wonderful way to spend a day.

I wasn’t going to write a review about this but you emailed me twice so here we go. My partner and I were gifted this sunset cruise over a year ago but because of the pandemic we couldn’t go. When we could, our friend rebooked it and even paid more to do so I believe. He didnt tell us the terms of the booking and on the day we were running late because of various things. I called to explain and you explained that this was a non- changeable booking which we were not aware of. There are sunset tours in the bay everyday so we just assumed we could go on another one. So all in all wholly unsatisfied with this whole experience because we couldn’t go on it and can’t rebook it, so it’s been a complete waste of money and time for us. I understand you have terms etc but when you’re gifted something they’re not necessarily shared and it’s odd that something that happens every day can’t be rebooked. Definitely won’t be recommending this service/ experience.

This is such a wonderful gift and I am truly so sorry you were not able to make it aboard last Thursday on this special experience. Our partners do have a firm cancellation policy and I am so sorry those details were missed. We do equip our customers with a confirmation email that entails all the details for the day of their experience and it looks like that confirmation was sent to the same email as your survey prompt. Our partners let us know that they even waited an extra ten minutes for your party but unfortunately weren't able to wait any longer as they had a sold out boat that specific date. We completely understand your frustration and hear you. Our partners have a fair cancellation policy and ask that if your plans change, you reach out to them three days ahead of time to adjust your booking. Although they do run a sunset tour almost every evening, they can't afford to reschedule customers last minute as that means that other customers would lose out on a special sailing experience.
