The desire to share these creations in a boutique setting, where each dessert is a masterpiece, inspired the inception of Sixth Course.

Q: How do you source your ingredients, and do you prioritize any specific qualities or types of ingredients? 

We prioritize quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing in our ingredient selection. Our team builds strong relationships with local and global suppliers to ensure the use of the finest, freshest ingredients.

Our spring menu takes inspiration from local blooms, featuring delightful petit gateau variations that look like living gardens. Additionally, our hand-painted bonbons add an artistic touch to our collection. 

While we celebrate innovation, we also cherish our play on simple classics, like our signature brownie, which elevates nostalgia to the next level.
