My expectations were completely blown away! We had a great time with Washington Intl Flight Academy and will definitely return for another lesson. My husband's flight instructor, Omer, did a stellar job and we plan on requesting to take another class under him next time we go back. The lesson he gave were very user-friendly and he did a great job teaching first-time "pilots".

there are two items that were not accurate on Virgine's description of the experience. "Coffee/tea/water is provided while you wait"
"Also included are a pilot's uniform, video instruction, and souvenirs" Video instruction was included but no beverage, Pilot's Uniform. These are understandable due to the pandemic, not sure what was a "souvenir" supposed to be but nothing was given, although we didn;t care bout it... the experience was great and we had fantastic time.

I did go ahead and reach out to our partners for further clarification. Unfortunately, with Covid still looming, only water is being served and the Pilots’ uniform is available only upon request. I apologize for the misunderstanding regarding souvenirs, these can be purchased but are not given out. Despite the mishaps with our experience description, I am SO thrilled to know that this did not negatively impact your flight simulation! I’m truly delighted your experience in the cockpit of a 737 was fantastic. Keep creating memories to cherish.
