When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
  • This is a limited time exhibition that runs until January 2025, please plan accordingly
  • All ages welcome
  • Visitors ages 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed with the exception of closed water bottles
  • This experience is fully ADA complaint
  • This exhibit features strobe lighting effects, sudden loud noises, and theatrical fog/haze

This experience lasts approximately 1 hour.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellations are allowed. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
