Your adventure is brought to life by dedicated designers, scenic artists, prop experts, and robotics engineers who work very hard to create a realistic experience. Choose from exciting themes like hunting for gold at the height of the California gold rush, being sent on a mission as a secret agent, or breaking out of prison after being wrongly convicted of a crime.
Once you’ve chosen your adventure, you’ll kick things off with a briefing of the mission before entering the room where you’ll be locked in for 60 minutes. Race against the clock as you work together as a team using your intelligence and intuition to solve challenging puzzles, decipher cryptic codes, and unlock the clues that will open the door.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience at no charge. Once you are within 72 hours of your experience, cancellations are not allowed and failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. Rescheduling is allowed anytime before your reservation.
