When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Daily - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • A full tour of the on-site museum, drinks, harnesses, and instructor are all included in the cost 
  • Free parking is available
  • All ages are welcome but the experience provider reserves the right to restrict certain participants from riding the tank based on age
  • Food is available for purchase on site
  • Gratuity is not required but is appreciated if you enjoy the experience

The tank course is approximately 1-mile long and the experience will last between 2-4 hours.

Is there an age limit for this experience?

For this experience, there is no set age limit. It is entirely up to the parents and the capability of the kids to follow instructions.

Are there any height/weight restrictions?

No, the main tank driving course is suitable for all heights and weights. 

What all is included in the price?

You and up to 5 guests are all included in the price of this tank experience. A full tour of the on-site museum, instruction of activities, drinks, harnesses, and instructor are also included in the cost. 

How long will this experience last?

The tank course is approximately 1-mile long and the experience will last 2-4 hours. 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, there is a 72-hour cancelation policy for this experience. Failure to appear on your booked date, cancel, or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
