When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Wednesday through Sunday - 3:00 PM
Tuesdays - 3:00 PM, 6:00 PM

Participants will walk approximately 2 miles at a leisurely pace. 

How much ice cream is served on the tour?

You'll visit a variety of shops and sample up to 12 different flavors. 

Can food allergies and dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Our experience providers will do their best to accommodate any allergies or restrictions that you may have. Please contact Virgin Experience Gifts prior to booking to ensure your needs can be met. 

Does this tour start and end at the same location?

No. This tour starts and ends at two different locations. Please plan accordingly. 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
