When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Sunday through Friday - 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday - 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Essential Information
  • All ages welcome
  • Children ages 16 and under always receive free admission
  • Visits to the Art Lab and Creativity Lab are included 
  • All bags will be inspected upon arrival 
  • Food and drinks are not included but can be purchased within the museum
  • Outside food and drinks are prohibited in the Museum’s galleries
  • All items over 11×17×5′′ (28×43×13 cm) including large umbrellas must be checked in at the museum's checkrooms
  • Recreational scooters, skateboards, rolling luggage, flower arrangements, and balloons are not allowed inside the Museum or checkroom.
  • Wheelchairs are available for use free of charge at all Museum entrances on a first-come, first-served basis 
  • Flash photography, tripods, and camera extension poles are not allowed
Duration
On average, this experience lasts approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. However, you are welcome to stay the entire day.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
