When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

April - October:
Thursday through Monday - 8:00 AM to Sunset

March and November:
Saturday and Sunday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must bring valid photo ID
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old
  • Additional fees apply for individuals weighing over 220 lbs
Duration
This experience typically lasts approximately 1 hour. However, please be prepared to spend up to 3 hours with the experience provider in case of weather or other delays.

Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience. Maximum Participants
This experience is available for up to 6 participants.
Spectators
Spectators are welcome to watch from an outdoor viewing deck. Children under the age of 15 years are not allowed to be left unsupervised at any point of time.

This experience is weather dependent.
What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing such as what you would wear to a gym with secure sneakers or shoes. No flip flops or loose sneakers.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event that your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be able to reschedule directly with the experience provider.
