When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Daily - 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid ID to consume alcohol
  • All taxes and gratuity are included in the price of the experience
  • Allergies and dietary restrictions such as shellfish, kosher style, and gluten-free can be accommodated
  • Sushi by Bou can not accommodate fully cooked fish, vegetarian, or highly sensitive allergies that can be triggered by cross-contamination
  • Sushi By Bou serves ONLY a sushi Omakase consisting of raw fish

This experience lasts approximately 45 minutes.

Maximum Participants
This is a public experience and you can expect to share the restaurant with other guests. You and 1 other guest will enjoy a private table for 2.
Spectators
This experience is for booked participants only.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
