When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Friday through Sunday - 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM
*SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is not open on Tuesdays, vouchers may not be used for for sunset or holidays
Dinner at Morton’s The Steakhouse
Daily - 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
*Blackout dates are Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve

Please wear comfortable shoes at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. Stiletto heels, steel-toe boots, sports cleats, and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted. Pants, shorts, or tights are recommended to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. At Morton's The Steakhouse, comfortable, casual, or elegant attire is suggested.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Once you have received a booking confirmation, no cancellation or rescheduling is allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
Dinner at Morton’s The Steakhouse
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
