When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Daily - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Dinner at The Malt House
Daily - 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
*Blackout dates are Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve
Essential Information
One World Observatory and The Malt House are located about 7 blocks or an 8-minute walk apart.
One World Observatory
- All ages welcome
- All guests must submit to a security screening prior to entering the Observatory
- Strollers are allowed but must be folded up during the elevator ride
- No outside food or beverages are allowed
- One World Observatory is a cashless operation there are onsite ATMs available
Dinner at The Malt House
- All taxes and gratuity are included in the price of the experience
- All ages welcome
- Includes a 3-course dinner from a prix fixe menu
- Not valid on black-out dates or holidays
Duration
We suggest participants allow at least 45 minutes to fully enjoy One World Observatory. Additionally, you can expect your dinner at The Malt House to last approximately 2 hours.

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
