When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!Year-Round:

*Please note that November-December bookings will be for their holiday event

- Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- ARTECHOUSE New York is a fully-accessible space
- Some exhibits may utilize strong lighting effects and loud sounds
- Exhibitions change throughout the year
- Suitcases, luggage, large backpacks, and bags larger than 16” are not permitted in the exhibit
- No outside food or beverages are allowed

What To Wear
How long is this experience?
Tickets are purchased for individual hour-long sessions. When space allows, visitors are welcome to stay past their hour-long session.
Is photography/videography allowed?
Photography and videography for personal use is allowed, though it is requested that you refrain from using flash.
Can I bring my bags and/or strollers with me?
Suitcases, luggage, large backpacks, and bags larger than 16” are not permitted in the exhibit space and cannot be checked or left with staff. Strollers are not permitted on the main exhibition floor
Can I bring food/drinks in with me?
To protect the technology on site, ARTECHOUSE does not allow any outside food or beverages inside the art space. Please dispose of any prior to your visit. Bottled water is permitted only in non-exhibit areas. No beverages are permitted on the main exhibition floor.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.
