When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!Year-Round:
Sunday through Thursday - 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Friday and Saturday - 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM
*Your full-day entry may start as early as 10:00 AM. Virgin Experience Gifts customers can check in at 10:00 AM. Please plan your ferry ride accordingly. You must be at the Ferry no later than 45 minutes before your check-in time.

- This experience is not recommended for expectant mothers
- Additional spa treatments (such as massages) are not included and must be booked on site
- Please note: the last ferry to NYC is 1 hour after closing

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
