Loved everything about this experience. The people at Thunderbird Aviation were truly exceptional. Scheduling was super easy and accommodating. I started with booking 2 flight lessons (my boyfriend and daughter#1), and ended up scheduling 4 (daughter #2 and her boyfriend) in the same day and timeframes I was asking for. Checking in was super friendly considering 2 of my party members did a no show. They let daughter #1 do an hour flight so we wouldn't lose the 1 voucher., and I got to use the other one. I was not planning on going up, but I didn't want to lose the voucher. They requested 24 hours to reschedule, but daughter #2 and her bf no showed.. The lobby was super comfortable, considering I had my 1 yr old grandson with me. The pilots were exceptional. Explaining every step and movement. Made it comfortable for my bf whom was extremely afraid of heights. I cannot say enough just how much I loved the people at Thunderbird Aviation.. Thank you for such a memorable day.
