1st time out of Boston for Whale Watching. It was nice but we enjoy Gloucester whale watching on the 7sea better. The process was more difficult than my son & I thought it would have been.
If Virgin Experience would have Gloucester whale watching where we could use I discount that would be nice.

Had a great time. Saw some whales. I was expecting to be a little closer to them but thats hit or miss. I wish there will a bit less people on the boat. Being short I had a hard time seeing over people. Overall it was a good time.

Codzilla was great - the whole family enjoyed it. The staff was entertaining and lively and brought the ride to life. The twists and turns of the boat were scary but fun and I felt safe the whole time. The only hard thing about booking through Virgin for this type of experience is that you have to wait until they confirm with Codzilla, which can take a little time, which means you can't book last minute - which can be harder with a weather dependent attraction. But both parties handled the reservation process really well. As an aside - going on a hot day is key. You will get wet.

the staff was very informative and professional. we had so much fun! Food and drink is available for purchase. The trip was about 4 hours long, and we saw at least 20 whales.
