When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Daily - 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  • All ages welcome
  • Children under 2 years of age may fly along in an adult’s lap without being required to purchase a seat
  • Maximum individual weight is 350 lbs
  • Aircraft is a Bell 407 helicopter
  • Must present a valid photo ID and sign a liability release form
  • Headsets are included
  • Flight availability and times may vary
  • All shared tours have a minimum of 3 passengers per booking

Flight time lasts approximately 12-15 minutes from engine start to stop.

This tour is available for up to 4 participants pending weight restrictions.

Spectators may watch from the airplane hangar.

What can I expect on the tour?

You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable pilots. The goal is to have an amazing time while experiencing a thrilling helicopter ride over the iconic landmarks of Downtown Baltimore.

Is the tour handicap accessible?

Yes! While physical wheelchairs can not be taken on the helicopter, the provider does offer assistance as necessary. Please let Virgin Experience Gifts know of any accessibility needs at the time of booking.

What type of helicopter will we be flying on?

All flights are on a Bell 407 helicopter that is equipped with custom designed floor to ceiling convex windows, air conditioning, heating, and noise cancelling headsets.

Are there any restrictions to participate?

The maximum individual weight is 350 lbs.

Is there a minimum age to participate?

There are no age restrictions, but children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children under the age of 2 can ride in the lap of an adult without having to purchase a ticket.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancelations will be eligible for a full refund up to 7 days prior to your experience. Within 7 days of the experience, no cancelations will be refunded but you do have the option to reschedule. If the pilot determines weather is not flyable, free reschedule is available or a full refund if you are unable to reschedule.
