When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Year-Round:
Daily - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must be at least 10 years of age
  • Student may bring one passenger to fly with them
  • Each participant must weigh less than 240 lbs
  • All participants combined weight cannot exceed 390 lbs
  • No experience necessary
Duration
Approximately 30 minutes of flight time, with a total experience duration of approximately 45 minutes.
Experience Provider Info
Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience. Maximum Participants
1 student and 1 passenger. Each participant/passenger must weigh no more than 240 pounds.
Spectators
Students may bring 1 passenger aboard for the flight pending weight restrictions. Additional spectators may come to the airport to watch and take pictures of take-off and/or landing.
Weather Dependent
This experience is weather dependent. In the event your flight is canceled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule directly with the experience provider. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.
What To Wear
Dress comfortably and appropriately for expected weather conditions. Closed-toe shoes and sunglasses are recommended.

Is there an age requirement?
Participants must be at least 10 years of age.
Are there any weight restrictions?

Each participant/passenger must weigh no more than 250 lbs.

Can I bring a passenger?

The student may bring along 1 passenger. However, each participant/passenger must weigh no more than 240 lbs.

Do I need experience?
This flight is considered an introductory flight and no experience is necessary.
What if my flight is cancelled due to weather?
This experience is weather dependent. In the event your flight is canceled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule directly with the experience provider. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, your experience cannot be canceled. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours' notice to your experience provider. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
