When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

  • Participants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid ID to consume alcohol
  • All food and tastings are included
  • Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, and gluten free options are available with prior notice
  • This experience requires you to walk to each stop and has an approximate distance of 2 miles
  • Picnic blankets, bags, plates, utensils, and wine glasses are not included, please bring your own
  • You will need a fully-charged phone with internet to participate
  • No local knowledge is required to solve each clue
  • This experience is not wheelchair or stroller friendly
  • Please note: You will be eating at the end of this experience, please plan accordingly

On the day of your mystery picnic, please bring:

  • A fully charged phone to access your picnic clues
  • Pen and paper
  • Bottle of water
  • A cooler bag/carry bag with an ice pack to hold your items, as well as cutlery and plates/cheeseboard
  • A picnic blanket if you have one

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
