Your hoppy adventure takes place at Pilot Project Brewing Chicago, a one-of-a-kind brewery, tasting room, and restaurant. This unique establishment allows up-and-coming brewers to create and share their brews while experimenting with new flavors - you’ve never tasted beer quite like this!
Upon arrival, you’ll be joined by an expert tasting guide. They’ll treat you to 2 curated beer flights (eight 4 oz tasters) featuring a variety of different styles, colors, and flavors. One by one, you’ll sample each beer while your guide shares interesting stories about the brewing process. Of course, they’ll also answer any questions that you may have!
During your tasting, you’ll also enjoy a delicious Bavarian salted pretzel. Pair this savory treat with your flights of beer and taste a variety of incredible house dips.
