It was wonderful!!! We are actually from the Chicago suburbs and go into Chicago quite often. We, however, still enjoyed being a "tourist" in our Beautiful city and did learn things we did not know. Food was good and our guide, Julia, was very interesting and made it fun.

Clinton was a great guide. He was a clear communicator and attentive to the group's needs.
Ways the tour could be improved: There were some other interesting sites that we walked directly past that could have been pointed out to people, including the Central Standard Building (the location of the General Time Convention), Route 66, and the location of the world's first skyscraper (the Home Insurance Building). Also, it would have been good if the brownie had been with the original recipe from the Palmer House, not Sugar Bliss.

H.W. - This was a nice tour with an enthusiastic guide. The cruise itself was great. The process of buying the experience and working with Virgin was not. I was contacted so many times via email and phone, confirming the wrong experience, times, etc. Buy directly with the vendor instead.
