There was no communication that they were running two hours behind schedule, due to a couple accidents in the morning. I arrived at 12 for a 1pm ride. The line for the riders was not moving at all. There was only one professional driver to try to handle all of the riders. After almost 4 hours standing in line, I had to cut my losses. My wife and 16 month old daughter were with me, and I could not continue to keep them out there. We drove an hour to get there, so I needed to get her home. When we asked if we could get a voucher for another day, because there was no chance they could make it through all of the people before 6pm, we were told no by the woman in the check in trailer. Then the woman who was overseeing the drivers meeting went and talked to her, and said I would receive an email for a credit (she understood that we couldn’t be out in the pits for another couple hours with a baby). Long story short, still haven’t received a credit, didn’t get to have the actual ride along, but did get to stand on blacktop for almost an entire football game that I watched on my phone.

If there had been one more tent to stand under instead of standing in the sun while waiting in line, it would have been much better. Had to wait over an hour. The lady that helped me in and out of the car was fabulous. Very personal and interested in the customers.

The experience couldn't have gone better! The instructors were very informative while keeping it fun, pumping you up to try something new so it made it more memorable. They were amazing with the children in our group!
