When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Monday through Thursday, Sunday - 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Friday and Saturday - 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Duration
This experience is self-guided and takes approximately 60-90 minutes. However, you may take as little or as long as you need to experience the entire attraction.

Can I bring a camera?

Yes! Cameras are permitted in all public areas of Madame Tussauds Orlando. 

Can I bring a baby stroller?

Yes! The only restriction is they need to remain under 36" in width.

What is the accessibility of this experience?

The entire attraction is wheelchair accessible; however, wheelchairs are not available on site. We recommend that you provide your own wheelchair if needed.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
