When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Daily - 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must be at least 16 years of age with a valid form of ID to drive a jet ski
  • All ages are welcome to ride as a passenger
  • All participants must wear a life vest
  • Pregnant women cannot participate due to safety concerns
  • Complimentary beach access and beach volleyball are included in the price of this experience
  • Participant must sign a release of liability upon arrival 
  • A credit card imprint of $500 (or $200 cash) is required at the time of check in for a damage deposit 
Duration
Depending on the option selected, this experience can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour in length.

Maximum Participants

This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the experience provider with questions regarding weather conditions.
What To Wear
It is recommended to dress as if you were headed to the beach. A swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended.

Are there any age restrictions to ride or drive?

Yes, drivers must be at least 16 years of age with a valid license. All ages are welcome to ride along as passengers. 

Where will we ride the jet ski?
This jet ski experience will take place on Lake Bryan, right down the street from Orlando's major theme parks.
How many people can be on one jet ski?
The state-of-the-art jet ski can hold up to 2 adults and 1 child.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or cancel/reschedule 72 hours prior will result in the loss of the value of this experience.
