When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Daily - 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Drivers License
  • Anyone between the ages of 21 and 24 are subject to an additional fee
  • Passengers can be under 21 years of age as long as they can sit independently in their seat without a car/booster seat
  • A refundable damage deposit will be collected the day of your experience
  • A valid credit card is required upon check-in
  • The price of fuel is not included and you must return your Slingshot with the same amount of fuel that was provided to you
  • Tolls, fees or any moving violations are the participant’s responsibility
Duration
This experience lasts approximately 4 hours.

Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience. Maximum Participants
Each Slingshot can accommodate 1 driver and 1 passenger.

This experience runs rain or shine.
What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Please dress appropriately for expected weather conditions. We recommend wearing sunglasses and plenty of sunscreen.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
