The time of the tour was changed from 4:45 to 12pm the day before the tour was supposed to happen. On the day of the tour, my husband who was celebrating his birthday with his two friends, arrived at the location at 11:45. They waited until 12:30 when they fibally got a call that there was a problem with the bus and the tour was canceled. What was supposed to be a lovely day celebrating a birthday turned out in a very unpleasant experience.

Excellent experience. Our guide had a degree in marine biology so he was full of interesting information about the ocean animals we were seeing. Bikes were in great shape and the bike ride was perfect. Definitely recommend Big Sur Adventures.
