When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

December through Early-April:
Daily - 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM
*Pending snow conditions

Essential Information
  • Participants must be at least 16 years old to drive
  • No passengers are permitted
  • Snowmobiles and helmets provided
  • Damage deposit and waiver required

Experience Provider Info
Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience. Maximum Participants
You will be accompanied by other tour participants, with a maximum of 1 per snowmobile and 28 per tour. For groups larger than 4, please contact Virgin Experience Gifts directly for pricing.
Spectators
This experience is for booked participants only.
Weather Dependent
This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.
What To Wear
Wear winter clothing or ski wear appropriate for weather conditions, such as insulated waterproof boots, gloves, and goggles or sunglasses for eye protection. Face masks and neck gators recommended as well as sunscreen even on cloudy days.

Is experience required?
No, you do not need experience snowmobiling to go on this tour.  However, it is fast paced and is for the more adventurous. 
Are there age restrictions?
Because this thrilling tour is for single riders only (no passengers), all drivers must be at least 16 years old.
What should I bring/wear?

Snowmobiles and helmets are included. It is recommended that you dress in warm layers as you would for a day of skiing. Items you will want to bring include pants, jackets, warm gloves, goggles or sunglasses, face masks, neck gators, and sunscreen, even on cloudy days.

Is gratuity included?
Price does not include gratuity. Recommended gratuity is $15 - $25 per person if you enjoyed your experience.
Can passengers ride along?

No, passengers are not permitted. All participants must drive their own snowmobile. 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 7 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
