When Do I Choose A Date?
If giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience; otherwise, you can choose one after checkout.

Mid-November through Early-April:
Daily - 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM
*Pending snow conditions

Essential Information
  • Participants must be at least 4 years of age to ride, 16 to drive and 18 to carry a passenger
  • Snowmobiles and helmets will be provided
  • Damage deposit and waiver required
  • Groomed trails make this ride good for all levels

Maximum Participants
Up to 2 participants per snowmobile and up to 28 per tour.
Spectators
This experience is for booked participants only.
Weather Dependent
This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.
What To Wear
Wear winter clothing or ski wear appropriate for weather conditions, such as insulated waterproof boots, gloves, and goggles or sunglasses for eye protection. Face masks and neck gators recommended as well as sunscreen even on cloudy days.
Is experience required?
No experience is necessary. This tour is on groomed trails making it a good ride for all levels of experience.
What should I bring/wear?

Snowmobiles and helmets  are included. It is recommended that you dress in warm layers as you would for a day of skiing. Items you will want to bring include jackets, pants, warm gloves, goggles or sunglasses, face masks, neck gators, and sunscreen, even on cloudy days.

Is gratuity included?

Price does not include gratuity. Recommended gratuity is $15 - $20 per person if you enjoyed your experience.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 7 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

They allowed us to go into a heavy snowstorm for about 40min in the experience. I was feeling measurably cold, and couldn’t see anything farther than 2 feet’s ahead me. The snow storm was predicted, and I called 5 hours before my tour to confirm the tour due to weather conditions. But of course it still happened, and I was surprised they kept it, even given the circumstances.

It was a lot of fun. Operating a snowmobile was a little intimidating at first. So they let us go around a track until we all felt comfortable driving. Then we went up mountain trails. The weather was a nice sunny day.
