5 Stars all around. Brianna at Virgin was more than helpful with helping me to modify my options. I am still highly impressed by the level of customer service with Virgin. As far as IFly, the staff were excellent, professional, and laid back. We live far away from the facility and hit traffic causing us to be a little late and they still held our spot without cancelling. The kids had a blast and want to go back! All around a great experience.

I would have given this experience a 5, but my trainer was passive aggressive and instead of being understanding of different ability levels and various limitations, he decided to be judgmental and lacked sensitivity. My friend enjoyed this experience and bonded a lot. You definitely do not get that gut wrenching feeling like you do when riding a roller coaster. It is very uplifting and you will feel great afterwards. Great to do alone, with a friend or with a bigger group. Great baby step in preparation for the outdoor experience.
