I thought it all went well. Portion of foods were a nice size and tasty. Tour guide was friendly, gave a lot of information. All in all a pleasant evening.

I live on the West Coast and selected my booking for a cruise in my home city. All my follow up booking confimration and emails indicated what I had requested, but come the day of the cruise, the kiosk to check-in was unmanned and there was not boat at the dock. After walking up and down the harbor looking for the point of departure (even though we went to where indicated on the confirmation paperwork) we started trying to reach customer service at Virgin Experience Gifts. They, of course, were closed. We received out to customer service for the cruise provider who was very helpful. They were unable to locate our reservation based on Virgin's confirmation number but finally located me. They said I had booked my cruise for a Maryland departure point. Say what???. Apparently, someone on Virgin's end booked me to take a cruise out of Maryland even though my booking choices all reflected a West Coast departure point. Needless to say, no cruise was ever scheduled for that evening. The provider couldn't provide a refund because they never actually received any funds, those all went to Virgin Experience Gifts. Now, we get to spend countless more wasted time trying to get a refund for the voucher purchased. No, I don't want to reschedule the cruise, I just want to get the money refunded.

Snorkel and Paddle

Great time Snorkeling & Kayaking! We were able to see many breeds of fish and even Leopard sharks! Just WOW!!! The sea lions chilled in their spot and we got to see and hear them- so funny. Snorkeling in the caves was a cool experience and our guides were nothing short of outstanding! Absolutely recommend and would do again in a heartbeat.
