When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

You may not ask for clues. Our resident serial killer, Edward Tandy will provide help at his discretion. It depends on how much he wants to...play with his food.
This room contains gore, live actors, pop-outs, and other scare factors to send chills down your spine.
If at any time during your experience, you no longer wish to participate, you are welcome to leave your game. Please note that no refunds or reschedules will be available to guests who tap out of their experience.
Absolutely! The escape room doors are locked from the moment your game starts. For your comfort and safety, there are “Panic Buttons” located near the entry of each room. If pressed, these buttons will unlock the doors automatically so that you may exit the room safely.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.
Once you have received a booking confirmation, rescheduling requests are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
