When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Daily - 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM

*Availability subject to change. Tours are available on non-game days and non-concert dates only.

Essential Information
  • All ages welcome
  • Everyone must sign a waiver prior to the tour
  • SoFi Stadium Tours strongly encourages guests to not bring any type of bag to the stadium 
  • Small clutch bags that are 4 1⁄2” x 6 1⁄2" and bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12" are allowed
  • All guests will be subject to a search of their person and possessions prior to entering the stadium
  • Guests are welcome to use still cameras for personal use at SoFi Stadium
  • Tripods, monopods, “selfie sticks” and cameras with a lens longer than 6” (detachable or non-detachable) will NOT be permitted into the stadium
  • All SoFi Stadium tours are ADA compatible 
  • Please note that SoFi Stadium is a cashless stadium and cash is not accepted for any concessions or merchandise purchases on site

This experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.

What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. Shoes with spikes, sharp heels, or other attributes that may damage the playing surface will not be permitted on the playing field.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
