I sent an email to Khanyisile Galela, who provided the reservation details, requesting a change of time, but I never received a response. I also tried calling the phone number listed in the confirmation so many times, but I was unable to get through at all. In the end, we had no choice but to go at the original time, which caused a major disruption to our plans and ruined our trip.

Went with group of 6 … booking of tickets was very easy and good saving on other providers . Visited at 3:30pm and didn’t leave until 5:30pm
Took in the city in daylight, sunset and nightfall . Amazing views in all directions .

Awesome activity! It was so much fun getting to feed the alpacas and learn about them + the farm. Joe was so nice and knowledgeable.
