Our tour guide was fun and informative. Even though I have lived in the Philly area all of my life, I differently learned some new facts about the city and we enjoyed the food spots.

The Summit Experience was an enjoyable event. Interesting concept for viewing NYC. We were there in the evening & the views were spectacular. Only gave it 3 stars because of the "overall experience". We logged on to book our experience. Once you enter your voucher #, you're asked to give 3 dates you'd like to go to experience. You're then given a message that they will get back to you w/in 24 - 48 hours with the date & time of your experience. That leaves you hanging until they contact you. We received an e-mail (supposedly from a "personal / live" person., about a day in a half later. The e-mail spoke to us personally & indicated that she was "pleased" to announced that they booked us on a Wed. eve @ 8PM. We do not live in the city, so an 8pm starting event in the middle of the week wasn't ideal for us. I immediately tried to find a phone # to call, all to no avail. I wrote back to this "personal" woman author to explain our concern of date given. I never received a response from our "personal" author. (24 hrs) so I then went back onto their web-site, to do an on-line chat. I typed in all required info & request to exchange our tkts. I immediately received an auto response of "thank you for contacting us, someone will get back to you shortly". (this was @ 11AM in the morning). I never received a response & now it's the day/eve of our event time. It indicated on their web-site that "if you do not attend on your scheduled date/time, you'll forfeit the voucher". So we drove into NYC to attend the event. As I indicated it was a good experience (once we were there). They tell you to plan for a 2 hour event. You spend approx 45 minutes going thru initial check-in, mini movie, waiting on line, putting on shoe covers, waiting on elevator lines & the longest line, is the last line (approx 30 min) to top floor to the glass enclosed look-out (very cool). You can spend as much time as you want in each section, but you can not go back, to any of the rooms areas, you already walked thru. Mia D.

Top of the Rock Observation Deck Daytime Ticket at Rockefeller Center The Blue Collection Feb 22, 2024 By: Michael B
The voucher sent to us was not valid for the Top of the Rock experience so we had to buy the correct tickets. The tickets we had been sent were for the The Rockerfeller tour. The staff at the Rockerfeller centre tried to help out but advised us that we were not the only ones who had fallen foul of this ticket sale. My advice to other would be not to use Virgin Experience for this.

Wine Education Experience with Tasting and Picnic The Blue Collection Feb 20, 2024 By: Jordan B
A few things made this not a fully great experience. First, we expected to be a private tour as indicated but we were not. We were part of a larger tour (6). Also it seems the winery is doing their production offsite so most machinery, barrels, etc were covered, dirty spaces or nothing on-site to see. While our tour guide was fantastic at describing and very knowledgeable, the tour felt a bit lack luster. We did enjoy the wine tasting and the picnic lunch. I would caution that this experience is not as advertised.
