When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Wednesday through Saturday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday - 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license to drive
  • Minimum individual height is 60" for drivers and 46" for passengers
  • Maximum combined weight must not exceed manufacturer’s gross weight limit, which is vehicle specific
  • A professionally trained guide will lead the way
  • Helmets, eye protection, UTVs, and UTV instruction are provided
  • All participants who are pregnant or have any medical condition may not participate
  • All Drivers must be in good physical & mental health
Duration
This experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

Maximum Participants
This experience is available for up to four participants per UTV, including one driver and three passengers.
Spectators
This experience is for booked participants only.
Weather Dependent
This experience runs rain or shine. Please contact your tour provider with any questions about weather.
What To Wear
Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather and activity, such as comfortable, rugged pants or jeans, long sleeve shirt, and closed-toe shoes appropriate for hiking or climbing.

Is this experience handicap accessible?

Unfortunately, it is not.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
