Your organization has backward policy regarding guests attendance; singling out and refusing (1 day prior to the paid tour) and sending guests emails stating they're "not allowed " to attend a food tour by themselves. It's odd how your company will take guests money and confirm their paid booking and 1 day prior email them stating this is "against your policy". After replying to that discriminatory email, the rep magically got approval for me to attend by myself. I'm a disabled Veteran who travels alone majority of the time. I have contacted the BBB and made them aware of your discriminatory policy. Your company needs to do better. This is truly a disgusting and unwarranted policy.

Tour guide was knowledgeable and great at storytelling. He made us feel comfortable and had a great sense of humor. The food at each location was wonderful. I would recommend this tour to folks who want to know a bit about North Beach history.
