Venture to Capers Island, one of the few remaining undeveloped barrier islands, as you cruise through winding tidal creeks in search of diverse wildlife. Keep your eyes peeled for bottlenose dolphins, osprey, pelicans, bald eagles, herons, egrets, and more as they gracefully navigate their natural habitat.
During the journey, you'll have the opportunity to get an up-close look at some of the rarely seen marine creatures that thrive below the surface. Using various nets and habitat traps, you'll uncover an array of fascinating species, providing a unique insight into the underwater world.
Upon arrival at Capers Island, discover its pristine "Boneyard Beach" and interior freshwater ponds. Spend around an hour and a half exploring this untouched haven on foot before sailing back to Isle of Palms.
