    Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience.     Spectators are allowed, however, limited viewing is available
    Weather Dependent
    This experience is weather dependent. Always contact your experience provider in the event of possible inclement weather. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be rescheduled for an alternative convenient date.
    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather, and closed toes shoes such as sneakers. No sandals, high heels or flip flops.

    For this experience, our partners are taking additional measure to help prevent the potential spread of COVID-19. They are sanitizing all common surfaces, driving equipment and vehicles. Upon arrival, all participants will be assigned a vehicle and will be required wear a face mask. Our partners kindly ask that participants who are feeling symptomatic or have traveled to a high-risk area are asked to reschedule your experience. These Covid-19 safety measures are subject to change.

    What kind of vehicles does the BMW Performance Center use?
    The BMW Performance Center uses the latest BMW models on hand, including X and M models.
    Are cars with manual transmission offered?
    Traditional manual transmissions are not offered, however many of the vehicles are equipped with the latest performance automatic and dual clutch transmissions that offer manual control. 
    Are there any driving requirements to attend the performance driving school?
    Participants must possess a valid driver's license. 
    Do I need any performance-driving experience?
    No prior performance-driving experience is required. 
    Can I drive my own BMW on the track?
    No, the performance driving school will provide all cars for this experience.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, you may cancel or reschedule your booking 14 days in advance of your scheduled experience. Once you are within 14 days of the event, you are then locked in to that date and time and no changes can be made.
